The Cottage at Sacred Springs

Sacred Springs Farm offers
seasonal rental of our lovely three bedroom, 2 1/2
bath cottage, just recently redecorated. Tastefully furnished in 18th century
style, the cottage features a well-equipped, large
kitchen and living area, with an open, airy floor
plan. Enjoy your favorite shows on the satellite
television while reclining on the leather sofa in
the living room. French doors lead from the living
room to an outside deck area where you can watch the
horses graze while relaxing at the dining table. If you
choose to dine al fresco, your meal can be prepared on the gas grill. The cottage also has central heating and cooling, a laundry and internet access.
Living Room
Each bedroom is beautifully decorated,
with the master suite on the first floor and two bedrooms and
a hall bath on the second level. The master suite
features cypress wood flooring, a queen white iron and brass
bed, a private bath, and French doors leading to a small
sitting porch overlooking the front paddocks.

The upstairs bedrooms include a room with
a queen mahogany sleigh bed and a second room with twin cherry
four-poster beds.

For the equestrian, Sacred
Springs offers over 100 miles of the best secluded
trails in Rappahannock County, with river and stream
crossings and natural obstacles. Boarding is
available in our new, fully equipped six stall stable, which includes
padded flooring in the stalls and aisle, a wash
stall and a tack room. The farm also offers a new
dressage arena and round pen, perfect for exercising
or schooling your horse.
Located in Flint Hill,
Virginia, The Cottage at Sacred Springs is just
minutes from excellent restaurants, including the
five-star Inn at Little Washington and the
wonderful Four & Twenty Blackbirds, Flint Hill Public
House and Griffin Tavern, (a new British pub perfect for
family dining and fun). Enjoy shopping in
Little Washington, Sperryville, Middleburg and Warrenton.
Sacred Springs Farm is surrounded by some of the best wineries
in the state including: Farfelu, Virginia's First
Winery, Oasis Winery, Rappahannock Cellars and Sharp Rock
Vineyard.
Sacred Springs is just twenty
minutes from Skyline Drive and Great
Meadows and a short commute to all major
equestrian in The
Plains, Middleburg and Upperville. It is also
located within Old Dominion Hunt and
Rappahannock Hunt territory.
